    Default Odd ball day @ LP 09 13 19

Me and Perris Blue did a little fishing this morning almost all 10s today. Ran into a strange CNBG today - looks like it ate a golf ball...…. Think this Monday and Tuesday are going to be good out here.

Pretty fish. I've seen that a few times around here. MY TWRA fish biologist friend tells me it is a tumor. Congrats on your catch.

I caught a crappie this spring with a growth like that, the biologist confirmed it was a fatty tumor and was safe to eat. My response was go ahead and eat it...lol

Great fish once again. Never seen a tumor that big before. A good day out, sure beats my day. Tomorrow kinda full of work too. New boat coming along nicely, but not near fast enough for my needs. Always look forward to your posts, keep me coming.

Some of the prettiest bluegills I've seen in awhile. And outstanding photo skills!

What was the lure they gobbled up?
