That looks delicious. Not a mustard guy so I'll skip that, but the cajun and hot sauce sound good.

You really don't taste mustard after it's cooked, just like people use mustard on ribs to make the seasoning stick to the ribs,it's just to make the batter stick to the fish... that's all.

hum had not thought about using mustard as a coating wash, I like to dip it with fish thou and hot sauce. My new hot sauce is Sweet Baby Ray's Hot Sauce.

Can not taste the mustard, but holds coating real good. I'm from south La. and that looks like a lot of hot sauce. haha I use Zatarains seasoned fish fry for the coating and I mix a little hot sauce with the mustard. Never thought about grits. Looks good.

I like more hot sauce than your average fella, so yeah it's not the norm to dump it on fish like I do. Tastes good to me! I'm going panfishing somewhere on tuesday. Now i've got to think of cooking it some other way before I put a report on here. You guys seem to like my catch n cooks!

Good stuff for sure. Mustard is many people's little secret. Great on grilled fish too. A competition cook by me puts mustard on his chicken and ribs after dry rub has set a while. Tried it and good stuff.
