Default Blue Gill on Wilson Lake

After looking for baitfish and spots to run cranks we took a break and hit a usual hot spot for BG. Started out as usual in 8 fow expecting to have to go deeper but the better fish were found up shallower. No pictures because summer BG ain't that pretty after the live well and I was trying to beat the storm in. 26 total more than half had the helmet head look.

Good deal, our Gills have moved deep here, shallow water was 91 last week.

Read 86 in 8 fow. Always heard no oxygen shallow but they were slamming it.

I wouldn’t know how to act with more than 8’ or water. 2’ or less and there aren’t any fish, deeper is the only fish I’ve found.
