If you look in the one fish pic, you can see the jig I used all day. A few colors have been doing well with iced tea with lemon being a real good one. Thats Bobby Garlands name for it and I had to copy. The lemon was easy but the iced tea was a challenge.

So I went digging around in my junk and found some dyed mallard flank and a fox squirrel tail dyed red, but looked orange to me. The olive body has done well with white and fl yellow so I used it on some of these. Maybe next weekend for testing. Thanks for looking.....

I knew a rose of Sharon was a bush , but I thought maybe that was actually some sort of wild hibiscus
I seen the same ones in east texas a few years back growing all along the shore on lake Palestine
none the less they are beautiful and I was obliged to go look at them close as well .
    nice read and photos brother

I really like that yellow jig. Does remind me of the sweet tea with lemon.

    Thanks for the ride along.
'Jesus answered and said to them, “Go and tell John the things which you hear and see:
The blind see and the lame walk; lepers are cleansed and deaf hear; dead are raised up and poor have the gospel preached to them.
And blessed is he who is not offended because of Me... Matthew 11:4-6
