    Default excellent day for RE & CNBG @ Lake Perris 06 25 19


    Ran into the boat vultures from last week - beat me "to the spot". LOL watch some guys fishing it yesterday. Gave them lots of room and went back to work.
    Redear were popping up with the CNBG. Seen this about 5 years ago where the REs kept spawning with the CNBGs into July. Fish in pic #9 is a hybrid - never seen one with those colors. And pic #17 is a large male hybrid REXCNBG.
    Last boat vulture would not leave - they kept creeping up. Watched them snagging trees...

    I agree, The hybrids are very cool looking. From the looks of it, the boat vultures didn’t bother you a whole lot. Thanks for the pics Sonny, way nice, as always.

    Need to get busy and tye up some more Jim. Doesn't seem like there's a preference on color for the CNBGs - the REs might like the pink but they are hitting the other ones too.
