    Default Fathers day hot dogs


    that's what the bluegill had for lunch and yes my wife wore them down using them hotdogs .
    3 foot under a float along rip rap ,with number 8 on a 1/64 jig .
    cant say if they prefer the turkey or the beef version as it was difficult to get a pattern on that part.
    we chummed a little with crushed Cheetos as well
    sure was fun and I know she enjoyed it as did I .
    heck she even caught her a "pancake" turtle
    sure was good fun and to be sure it was a mighty fine fathers day for all .

    all the fish and the turtle were released to go on doing what they were doing before we interrupted them

    Looks like a great day, and proof that fancy equipment and the latest baits are not necessary to catch fish and have fun doing it.

    you know that little fella had him one real bad attitude . the darn things got a mile long neck you know and he was a striking like a mad rattlesnake . the little wanted to touch it and I said no sweetie it will bite you for sure . she got pretty close to it when its head was tucked back some and when it struck out at her ,them lil brown eyes on the kiddo got about as big as silver dollars
