I’m with you Marv. All that comes out first is WOW! And then I realize I can’t drive to them in a day, or three. Wonderful fish Sonny. I think it’s the fifth picture got my attention.

I also have a bird dog on Lake Monroe, and wherever else he finds me. Won’t talk, won’t leave, and overhearing his conversation at the ramp a couple of times, is just a jerk. I try not to pay him any attention, and I’ve led him through some of the deadest water I know of. Kinda sad that after all the money he spent on gear that he can’t find fish any other way.

Oh wow Sonny, you did great. Looks like you may have caught a limit! Couple of those fish are really beautiful. Yeah I found a couple of real haters, but at the same time I found a lot of supporters. Looks like you found some "friends" too. And those guys would probably keep every fish they catch.

Seems like there are bird dogs everywhere, I have one in TN that actually goes out of his way to cruise by me to see what I am doing. But not to dwell on the negative, those are some awesome looking fish, good catch.

Nice fish you always got there. Man I wish I can go out with you to learn how to fish deep water, most of the fish I caught from shallow and they weren’t that big.

Thnx again guys - the comments are appreciated
Randy - if Lake Havasu wasn't out in the desert - I'd move there. The lake is HUGE - so many places to fish - and nobody around!
Marv - I know both of us would rather be down anywhere in Baja but when the mind is willing and the body ain't - go Bluegill fishing. LOL
    Get out the calendar Tim...
Jeff - had ~40 in 3 hours - fish were hitting Auto jigs without tipping.
Stan - I shared my thoughts (without being rude) and chose to leave it at that with the "bird dogs". I'd rather be hunting the trophy big girls then dealing with people like these guys - actually it was the guy in the back. Ain't my lake and they ain't my fish.
J_B - I usually fish week days in the morning - off the lake by 10. Big fish can be found in the shallows too. I'm bringing a fly rod and my bow on Monday and Tuesday - look for a pontoon with a blue top.

Neighborhood was filling up when I left - each boat had 4 people

Great fish! Those guys in the background look so hot under the collar, wouldn’t be surprised if the lake temp rose a couple degrees!

I love those blue bellies that you caught. I’ve caught a couple of those out of my home lake. Beautiful fish.

Really, really nice gills, and a bunch of them on top of it. And you even got to show them what they look like too. I'm sure they appreciated it.

Led Hed, I love your comment, "If Lake Havasu wasn't in the desert, I'd be their"...but my question is "don't you mean high desert, as lake LP is in the low desert, right? Or is it considered the coastal plains their...? Nice fish as always...
