    Default A few shellcracker today..


    Caught a few here and there, kept 2, and they were full of eggs. I found a lot of small groups of beds on side image, but no big colonies, and no visible fish in them. Hoping they are just getting cranked up on this lake - or do you think they are done? Hadn't caught a pee-ing male, so I think they are getting ready. Always the optimist...

    Could not get on any today, and I fished hard. Hot and hi pressure conditions + wind didn't help. Caught little ones all day.
