I would say it's a good possibility. Get out there and find out, then let us know!
My side image revealed beds in water as deep as 15 feet. My 32000 acre home lake has big shell crackers but all I have ever caught were decent sized bluegill in shallow water. Would the deep beds be the bigger shell crackers? Yes, I do plan on checking it out first hand if I can get my spring yardwork done before it's 100 degrees.

When bluegill...or shellcracker bed that deep they are big. In my opinion you have found a bed that will have some huge bluegill on it. While it could be shellcracker it is not likely....they very rarely will do that. Bluegill do it quite often...big bluegill that is. I have found beds like that on 2 lakes in TN....Dale Hollow and Fall Creek Falls. Both have really big bluegill.

I have found blue gill in 5 foot of water then the shellcrackers off a ledge in 10 t0 15 feet deep adjacent to the blue gill. If your lake level fluctuates a lot that might explain the deep beds...
living life to its fullest, This is not a dressed rehearsal.
REs spawn deep and shallow out here. The beds that deep will be holding larger fish.
