    Default found some more big 11s @ LP 04 18 19

Pre fished for a family outing tomorrow - unfortunately it got postponed. Manage to find some quality fish casting to staging fish but found some toads on the troll - 4 CNBGs in the 11" class. Lake is getting ridiculous with the boat traffic and jockeying around for position - plus I don't want people to see what I'm doing... Lake level is stable and the surface temp is 64*F+. Most of the fish are coming out of 24 FOW.

Big, beautiful gills. That's what I want to see. Do the trolling rods have longer handles in the rear section? The JDM rods I use have shorter handles and look more like the casting rods in the last picture but are 7 foot long or more.

JJJ - yeah they are a little bit longer - not too comfortable for a lot of casting. The higher end rods are much lighter so lots of casts isn't a big issue. The Blue Bird is a European rod used for canal fishing.

Nice catch as always, lots boats out here also. It is that time of year, Bass tournaments, fish spawning and water warming fast.
