Don’t know that rod, but I know a guy from other forums who builds very nice glass rods. If you’re interested, I’ll dig up his contact info.

Was given two 9 ft.rods to pull crank baits . They are not ultra lights but are great rods . I was told Tika was a Sportsmen 's warehouse in house rod . Wish I had more .

I own a 6 and a 7 foot older style Tica ....both are the cats meow straight up ....
Super sensitive and balanced beyond ok .....can’t tell you how much I love both
Words can’t describe it and to be sure I have used about every kind a rod out there
I have lots and lots of good rods and these 2 are about right at the top of my list of go to rods
They newer versions I have heard are very nice as well

I have caught quite a few trout with both of them during the winter releases here , they seem ideal for it to me , but to be sure I love crappie ketchn with em to beat the band , they are also nice on large bluegill as well …..
I found them on a clearance rack a couple a years back for 39.99 and I should a bought EVERY rod in both sizes they had ….my bad
