    Default Coppernose Bonanza in Bama

I have access to some private ponds in south Alabama that have the largest coppernose that I've ever caught, and I've caught lots of fish in my life.

A picture of one guy's scale shows a coppernose at 3#, but I've only caught them over 2# so far.

At my age, I'd love to have someone go with me as my health is not so perfect anymore.

An open invitation to all board members: Just give me a few days notice and you can go with me free.

There's a campground on the property, if you have an RV (or tent) you can stay several days free.

If you want to plan a trip next spring or summer... the fish will still be right there.

    That’s a very generous offer.

I have never caught a coppernose bream before. Have kayak, will travel... it's a long drive from north Ga.

Oh, I don't mind a drive for fish like that, no. I drive to in-laws in Birmingham and Auburn often. I've got a lot going on this month, with Christmas and all, but maybe we can do a trip after the new year.

Spring and summer is best to catch the big ones, for me anyway.

That is very generous and I would love a trip like that. There is probably a slim chance we'll go from Illinois to Gulf Shores this summer. Is that far away from there?
