I bought 2 of the new Revros LT model and they seem mighty fine for $50.
I had ordered one of the 2000 size revros JDM reels from Korea and it appears from the specs posted that reel holds 109 yards of 3# test line.
What was funny I got an e-mail from an American tackle company announcing the new Diawa reels were now in stock and the Revros for the U.S.A market was included although most sizes were not available. But the spec chart was there and it listed the 2000 size American market reel to have a capacity of 4# test line to be 250 yards.
Just thought the capacity difference was worth the post as even with a spec using a heavier test line it is almost 2 1/2 times the line capacity of the JDM version.

Ordered one of each from Him last week, hoping for a good experience!I am still looking for a rod or two.Platt has some Nissan on sale 50% off?
Can anyone that ordered one of the revros on eBay report back on it please? Also what model did you get? These are different from ones like FishUSA right?
Waiting to receive, will show pics and let you know.
The difference is in the spool between the JDM vs the American market reels. For the money I paid for the reel I think it is a decent deal but I do not see myself ordering any more of them. Biggest thing I see out of the box on the example I have is when the handle is tightened up there is still some back and forth slack in the "hinge" where the handle folds which I do not like.
I was hoping to find a more shallow spool for a good price but in my opinion the Pflueger President reel with its much higher bearing count just feels to be the better value for the money spent. I bought the 2000 size and I have not fished the reel so my observations are just what I think of the reel out of the box.
It seems to be decent and I cannot really complain at what I paid. It is a Diawa reel and it is made in vietnam for the Japanese market but I think my shallow spool reel expectations will be sending me more to the Diawa Luvias level.
