Thread: JDM reels relating to panfish

I like the price for a Magsealed reel and the bearing count, but there seems to be very little info about them available. Post back if you find out something. I have been considering the 3000 series.

I don't suppose any of you guys would be looking to sell a 17 presso?

Got my hedgehog bearing upgrade for my ballistic fw lt1000s with zion knob and champagne cap.

Used it today to catch plenty of stocker rainbow trout on my majorcraft fax 632sul on 2.3 lbs ester, 2 lbs flouro, gekkabijjin .5 gram jig with bison trout magnet.

Put a big smile on my face, too much fun

I did pick up 2 line roller kits for my 2020 revros 1000s, pretty easy to install.

Did anyone notice ballistic reels are even cheaper on ebay.
$189 and free shipping, hmmmm.

Does anyone have any experience ordering extra spools for daiwa reels? I'm wondering if they come with all the bits and pieces, drag washers, clips, etc. For the price they go for I'm hoping yes? Planning on putting some jdm shallow 2000 sized spools on my USA tatula 1000 reels.

Thanks. Going to try a couple. The ballistic fw spool would fit on them, but they're a bit more expensive. The slp works 2000 sized spool was half the price, and comes with a bearing. The tatula shallow spool was a little more but figured I'd try one. Now I can leave my ice lines and braid on my deep spools, put the light line on these spools for summer. We'll see how it works out.
