    Default Pumpkinseeds!!

May 3rd I (been busy at work) Started the day by hitting Hortons pond at Jordan. Not much happening. caught a few small crappie , a Warmouth and a bass. Only thing happening there was an Osprey nest that the parents kept bring fish to.

Left and headed south to a lake known for big bream. Had a good day there but couldn't really find the big bream but found plenty of Pumpkinseeds. Some of them were nice. There were bad storms all around that day but all went around me.

Several were Citation size with just a few small ones. Pictured is one of the bigger ones and the smallest.

Love the turquoise colors on these. Caught a nice one Saturday afternoon on the Nolichuckey in some shoals with a minnow. Sadly, it was all I caught.

Those are handsome fish for sure. That big one is bigger than any I have ever caught.
