Yesterday, I watched the last of Luvias FC 2000S being snatched from right under my nose at Digitaka by someone from Russia. Oh well, good for them.
I thought I'd mention they seem to still have two of FC 2500S size in stock. I hope those who have these reels on pre-order from Digitaka will finally get them.

I thought they were on vacation? They showed in stock?

I think it had happened right before they went on vacation, much like with the SRAM rods. They seem to have restocked a few in the Luvias model series, most that have appeared are showing "last one".

Yeah, must have been some kind of a fluke. Is FC 2500S that much bigger? 5 g difference... I like the idea of Luvias on the lightest of the ultralights and wanted to get one too. I can't imagine FC 2500S will balance a light/ medium light setup well enough at 155 g.

There's always the USA luvias 1000 sized. $350 at tackle warehouse.

I wonder how it compares to the JDM Luvias?? Is there major differences, or is it just the JDM type has the shallow spool?
