    Default Bedding time yet?

I know we're easing up on the first full moon of spring, and one have an idea at what temperture Bream prefer to start bedding, or does anyone know if they are bedding yet?
I'm heading down to the Trent River of NC, to give'm a try. I'll post my findings!
    Thanks in advance!!

    Default Bedding times

I am no expert by no means. I have had better luck around the full moons in May and June. The bream should be bedding when water temp gets to low 70's. They will bed in deep water(more than 8') so dont forget to look there.
Good luck and let us know how you did.:D

In Mississppi bedding time begins in May unless there has been an exceptionally warm spring. Hit it hard after the first full moon for best action on the beds.

Took a tube of crickets, started fishing at 2:30, water temp ranged 60 to 68 degrees, depending which part of the ponds you were in. NO bedding Bream could be found, think it may be just a week or so, too early. However, we did manage to catch a half dozen, one here, one there, seemed to be no pattern. Interesting enough, we did catch 8 very pretty Crappie, also, on crickets!! All were close or in brush, close to the edge, typical!
Just may slip back in there one day next week, just for fun!
Thanks for the replies guys, and hope you're coming fishing season is one for the books!!

The first spawn is usually at the end of May. The bream are really starting to bite now.
