    Default Gulp Alive

Hey guys, have been using the Alive Wax Worms this ice season and have had great results. I have out fished a hand full of guys that were using the real wax worms. I have been to a pond twice that I know a couple of guys had fished and only caught a few, but a buddy and I have both left with 25 blues in just a couple of hours and probably put just as many back. Great bait if you ask me. Cant wait to try the minnows and red worms out this spring. I still like the real deal but this stuff is great.

Do you use the small pack or the big tub of them. I've tried both and can't catch didly squat with them. Crappie nibbles always outfished it.

I have not had good luck with the minnows. The crappie nibbles work good for me.

I use the Alive Fish Fry from ice out until freeze up and they work great. I especially like the black ones. Put one of those babies on a 1/64 oz purple jig head in clear water and watch out. The big gills and specks have a hard time passing them up.
It is not about the equipment you have to use,
It is about how you use the equipment you have. :D

I got a few different cans for Christmas I have yet to try. Got a couple of the minnow heads, not quite sure how to use them. Smells good though!

The alive minnows work great - just not on a bobber..LOL. If you just put them on a jig head and move them slow - with rod, not reel - you will get hits. Gotta let them fall a LOT.
