The BPS Microlight graphite rods make good rods for panfish. They come in a variety of lengths in light and ultra light.

I use a ugly stik lite 5' light action and a brand new St. Croix Triumpth 6.5' lite action.

I bought the ST. Criox today and I can't wait to get it on the water.

I go panfishing with a Shakespeare Firebird spin combo. It's not necessarily the best rod but it's affordable. I'll buy a better rod when I get the money.
    Panfishing is fun!
