Oologah Spawn?

Anyone have any general locations to recommend for taking my daughter out in the boat for crappie?

This is my first spring on Oologah and working on learning a new lake.

Thanks for any tips.

I used to catch them along the bluffs out of the Spencer ramp trolling crankbaits and jigs. Head towards the dam and fish the bluffs on the left. Also, there is a brush pile and other structure on the second cove just around the bend heading to Tala creek. Tala creek is good to in and around the laydown and standing timber. Don't pass up the buck brush either.

Tip the jigs with a minnow!!
