    Default Family Fishing Trip


    Yesterday was a pretty special for my wife and I. We had three generations of our family on the boat with us and we managed to find some fish. Something we did a lot in past years is a very rare treat for us as the kids and grandkids get older and are always busy with sports and other activities. Just a word of advice, take them while you can and work hard to make sure they enjoy the trip. Never know with the way things are today how many more trips like this you will be able to enjoy. I know it was a special trip for grandma on Mothers Day weekend !

    Really nice, Tim. We had a picnic at the swimming beach at Carl Blackwell, also featuring three generations. We'd have also done some fishing, but letting the four and six year olds have a rod in their hands would most likely result in a trip to the emergency room.
