Man I haven’t been to Kerr (or anywhere for that matter) this year! Have you noticed any crappie going shallow there or are they still staged up? Congratulations on your day! That would win just about any tournament you enter!!!

Great fish and stringer. With all the flooding we've had in recent years and lack of fishing pressure there should be some giants swimming around in several Oklahoma lakes.

Last week we caught a few males on cork and jig but I think the cold weather pushed them back.

Those females I caught were all still loaded with eggs. I'll bet they get shallow this week as the water warms with the nicer weather. Just a guess.

Awesome fish! Congratulations. I’ve never fished Kerr. Where’s a good place to launch and start looking?

I put in at the gravel pit just outside of Keota. You can't miss it. I've had success all around that general area.
