Is it an Aluminum or a glass boat?
I was running down the lake and hit something with my motor and for sure cracked my transom. I have insurance but don know where to take to get it fixed. Any ideas and how should I proceed. I just hope I didn't hurt m lower unit. Also hate to use my insurance because preminums will go up any ideas thanks Tim.

Depending how bad the crack(s) is I would buy some fiberglass resin and cloth and lay down 2 layers of cloth and resin over the bad areas. Then monitor the transom and see how it does.
It has some play in it I think it will need replaced. Does anyone know who does a good job in the Tulsa area?
Might try Shoreline Boat and Rv Repair Tulsa Phone: (918) 249-0049
Wow I called shoreline repair and over the phone not looking at it in the range of 5000$ to 8000$ for the repair.
If insurance will step up and treat you right and you only have a deductible then I would fix it; if insurance will not treat you right then I'd be looking at putting that $8K into a different boat, that would go along way towards a new purchase, or probably about cover a nice used one.
