Wrangler-I just finished watching the final episode of you making a rod. It was extremely educational and entertaining. The biggest lesson to me was, “I don’t have the attention span nor the patience to build a rod”! Thank you so much for taking the time to film edit and post this series. I am beyond amazed at your ability.!!

Thank you. I put more time in than is the absolute minimum required. They can be built much quicker I just like mine particularly sensitive. Thanks for struggling thru the series. I know it is lengthy.

I will soon start on 20 minute fishing videos

    Feed back is great!

Good videos. Keep at it, and you may make Gary Cooper status. I told Lance about the videos, so he'll have a fresh point of view. He says he has fixed some rods, but doesn't have time to build one.
Thanks crappie wrangler thanked you for this post

Guys, I am trying to get my retired dad on some crappie on Texoma. Any information that anyone is willing to part with? I'm not looking for your honey holes or anything, just some general information would be great. Mouths of coves or backs of coves, water depth, docks, brush, colors, etc. He is in the Catfish Bay area. Thanks!

Hey bkf catfish bay is a good neck to fish go to the back around rooster creek bridge and fish both sides oft the creek they spawn back there. Around the boat houses are good to. You didn't say anything about a boat or not if you have one fish both ends of the Roosevelt bridge. White and chart, black and chart, Cajun cricket, and monkey milk are my favorite colors. Also get a map or go to google earth and check all of the sloughs up on the north end to many to mention but they all have good fishing in them. I fish everything north of the bridge some of it on bank some out of a tube some out of a boat it's all good just takes a little boot leather and you will be succesfull good luck and don't catch them all leave a few for seed

Thanks sonny boy! That should get him going. We actually only keep what we want to eat that day. It is more about feeling the thump!
