I don’t know how smart it was but I went and caught enough for dinner. Wife is cooking them now.

    Eagles need to eat too.

Today was proof that crappie fishing isn’t for sissy’s.

    It’s only a 3 hour drive.

How’s that 12 step bass withdrawal program working out?

My wife made me take one of those 12 step programs when I got up to 6 boats at the same time.

Haha. I can bass fish within a mile of the house. But I was told one pond I was fishing has crappie in it. So next time I got fishing I'm going there with my new crappie lures!

What to do when it’s cold and raining and can’t fish? Well there’s always reality tv. Let’s see what there is to chose from. There’s Bill Dance, and Jimmy Houston, and Hank Parker or maybe Russ Bailey. Any of those would be much better than The Real House Wives of Nowhere, New Mexico.

I only have regular and weighted floats
    No slip bobbers.
