    I read on the forum, recently, about a specific app that can be downloaded to your iphone. It was a GPS app that could be used to measure trolling speed. It may have had lake maps included too. Can some one tell me the specific app, so that I can download it. Thank in advance.

    CG..... I am not sure what app you seen, there are several to choose from. One that I have on my phone is Navionics boating. It is available on Google Play and the AppStore. It can do routes and stuff and it does a pretty accurate job of keeping your speeds. Here i9s a screen shot of mine this morning here at work. Just slowed down when driving and took a quick shot. The mapping on a lot of lakes is very accurate and nice to. Good luck on your search. Hope this helps.

    I love this Navionics Boating app!

    So earlier I downloaded the Nav app to my phone, wife walks by and says "what are you doing; you've been staring at your phone for like 30 minutes or longer?".

    "Oh nothing honey; just looking at a bunch of tiny black squiggly lines with even tinier numbers on this blue background so I'll know where to fish next weekend! Next comes that look of are you !!!

    Thank you all for your help. Dennis and i talked last night and I downloaded it to my phone. Now I can be like Lonnie and stare at my phone until "Momma" whacks me over the head and asks "Whatchu doin"?
