    Default American Horse Lake Closure


    American Horse Lake will be closed on July 9th for extensive dam repairs and other improvements to the lake. The reopening date is unknown. There will be no admittance during this period. I will know in advance when the lake will be reopened for fishing and hunting.

    With the draw down of the lake it sure would nice to be able to set some brush piles out. Would make for easy work in doing so. Drag brush out, achor it down, then wait on water to rise, barring it does after the work is complete. Will they allow for this George?
