I have another suggestion for a lake. We have not been to Greenleaf State.Park which has a pretty good crappie population and (usually) fairly stable water conditions. I personally prefer April but will work with dates that work for most.

Well, it's the 8th of March and I'm starting to think about camp. I came to 10killer yesterday to de-winterize the trailer and get ready for fishing. Way too windy today to put the boat on the water so I fished Baron Fork and Horseshoe Bend some. It's still too early to be decent. I think we should plan camp for after Easter. But, I'm ready. Someone pick a lake.

Here's my opinion. Which ain't much SPRING 2021 CRAPPIE CAMP !!!.
Ft. Gibson is so unpredictable and Don't think the spawn is going on until after Easter or around that time on Eufaula.
If you remember we/ Might have been myself, Ike, and Hatt55 had a camp at Pine Creek a couple years back at the end of March beginning of April and we caught some good fish off the timber. As of right now Pine Creek is over 10' high though.
We also had a Spring camp at Wister seems like we caught fish.

I agree with Ike after Easter if you guys are wanting to go to Eufaula or Gibson.
If Pine Creek gets back down to around the normal level by the end of this month or beginning of April I'm considering going for a couple days or three.

    That's all I got.

Heard a little about this Spring. I think the Oklahoma crappie camps may be a thing of the past.
