    Then come on down and you can be one of the judges. I am going to New Mexico in August to study the judges and their criteria during the "Hot Summer Days and Cool Chili nights" annual fest. They will have both Tex-Mex Chili competition and New Mexico Green Chili competition on subsequent nights. Anyone that can go down that path at the Fall Camp might have a leg up! or not!
