Fished from 8 to 3 kept 30 for the house caught my fish outside bit on dark jigs today. Right on top of the brush

I've been thinking about heading back up there Thursday or Friday after Christmas. I even dug my little propane heater out of my bird hunting stuff. Might be hard to wake up early, tho' because my wife always does a Chicken & Dumplin deal for the family on Christmas Day. I sleep heavy after that!

I think Pappa and I are thinking of heading up there on Thursday ourselves. I think we are going to hit the dock and also hit that trout pond that they have.

had a great time this weekend fishing with crappiepappa and Bobo. Still waiting for Bobo to show me that he knows how to catch fish though!!! It was definitly a cold weekend and the bite was way slow but it still beat working or just sitting at home. I caught a lot of my fish on Purple/Chart Joker and also on a few baits from Bonehead tackle. Plan on going back out there in the morning, and then may join you guys on Thursday morning. The trout pond may be froze up on Thursday, last I heard the equipment they use to break ice up is broke down.

Me and my brother in law will be going out there tomorrow. Hopefully we will catch fish worth reporting
