I would like to go with someone, I know zero about crappie fishing, I live just 3 blocks from Taylor Ferry North, will be out of school in a couple of weeks and will be able to fish some. I have lots of chores at home to do, but if I bring home some fish, I will get to go. Wives are funny like that. Just need someone to teach me the ropes. Just started fishing again after about a 10 year no fish period, I know how to fish ponds, but the lake is a different story. I was out yesterday afternoon after school 4:30 till 6:30 caught 1 small bass, 1 small sand bass, 3 small pearch, one smaller than lure. I need help.

Are they all spawned out yet? I finally have some time to go and I just hope it's not too late.

As of last week late they hadn't..caught some that had lost most of their eggs but some that were filled with eggs..Concentrate on main lake creeks and coves which warm last. The fish I caught late last week were in water depths of 2' to 10'. Water temps were in the mid 60's early and warming to the high 60's late.
    Good Luck
