    Yep, tomorrow (Friday) is supposed to be perfect weather. Wish I could take off work, but I am completely tied up teaching a class all day. Hopefully the wind will hold back and I can try Saturday morning!

    For some reason I always did my best fishing at the bird early in the morning. Wish I get ditch work next week when the mornings are going to be in the 70's.

    I went today, got there about 9 left at 4. Important part, I caught 1, now granted it was 12.5 but it was the only 1. Marked fish all over but nothing. BUT, my main concern and goal was to test my boat to make sure it was fixed and running right, it is!, yay. In the course of the day I lapped the lake twice to make sure. And the other was to test my new xi5 trolling motor. 1 word, wow, it is awesome. Much easier to operate then expected although I have read that about them but you never know until you try it yourself. After work tomorrow I will be on vacation and I'm pretty sure I know where I'll be alot of next week!
