    Default ALUM CREEK HEADS UP

In the past two weeks there have been dozens of catalytic converters thefts at Cheshire and Galena Ramps. I personally spoke with two persons who had been victimized. In broad daylight.. what I am reading on the Alum Creek Fishing page and at OGF is that the thieves are targeting any type vehicle but mostly trucks they can get under easily, cut it off and move to the next one.

Yup, read an article today how the ODNR is putting out warnings to lake goers at ALUM CREEK for catalytic converter thieves. Just sad.....some people have no integrity or the concept of a job. Let me catch one of em and I’ll be quoting a famous John Wayne line to em’ if ya know what I mean

Sadly anything a man does to one of them he catches would land him in more trouble than he could find his way out of.

One of the 3rd shift guys had his cut almost off his truck in the parking lot at work. A parking lot with lights, security guards, cameras and 300 vehicles parked at any given time. The sad part is the company is begging for people to hire. Easier to steal from another than it is to walk inside and get an honest job

That’s where the integrity part comes in....

Sadly so. Starting pay $15 and change, insurance, onsite Dr office, dental, and vision, 13 days vacation, 13 paid holidays, all this and no risk of being caught and jailed or worse.

Ironically one of the parts we make is the ceramic core of catalytic converters. They are shipped out from us to be coated and canned. That is one hot and dusty building. That would be good punishment. Get caught and you have to work the dayshift ar the kiln until all of those you stole have been built
