    Default Monster Pike Mosquito lake!

At 5.50 pm today we seen man named Less pull up a Monster Pike from doc 3 on Mosquito Lake in Ohio.

We were all wondering why the crappie bite was off.

I got the chance to fish this lake once years ago. Didn't catch many that day but I did catch my first northern black crappie. If I remember correctly it was around 12".
I fell in love with this lake right then. Have not had a chance to get back up there since. Was married to a Painsville girl at the time.
I fished Lake Erie for perch and walleye every time we come up to visit family. I miss fishing up there. Maybe one day I'll make it back to fish again.

If you do get up this way, let me know. I’ll try to get you out on some crappies.
