I haven’t spent a lot of time targeting them but seem to catch most when crankbaits are dragging bottom, especially on points. Wind blown points are best.

I am going to target saugeye in 2021. Have never done it but have a good lake for it nearby. Just wondering if any of you fish for them also. Ohio has some good saugeye lakes from what I hear.

I've started to put a few things together to start with. Some #7 Flicker Shads and some 3" Tiny Flukes. I'm just making it up as I go

My new favorite freshwater fish...especially since my home lake is polluted. They are aggressive and fight much better than Walleye.
Best bite is before dusk to after dark...go get yourself a good WHITE, soft plastic, swimbait! I use Keitech Swimmers from Keitechusa.com.
All of the Saugeye lakes are on fire now!

Nice catch. Don’t have any in my neck of the woods.
