JohnPierce5150, You might try posting this on the Ohio board. Scroll down where it lists all the forums and you'll find all the different state boards. I can't help you none for sure or I would. Have driven through and delivered a lot of freight, but back then the highway was work, and didn't have time to stop and fish. Good luck and hope you find what your looking for...And welcome to the forum from an other Pierce in Southwest Missouri...

1st off welcome to the friendliest fishing forum on the net. I like far sw Ohio so cant speak for middletown area, but Caesers creek in Wilmington, East Fork aka William Harsha lake before the blue green algae starts and Acton aka Houston woods are all good crappie lakes, this time of the year they should be schooled up deep, so a boat and decent electronics would be helpfull.

Ohio river tribs are worth a look when they aren't flooded. Which seems rare this time of year. LOL
