    Angry Shoulder ends 2016 season

Just had shoulder rotator cuff and torn labrum surgery sept 30. Looks like I am done for the year. It happened late last fall tripping and falling backwards in my nitro onto an outstretched right hand to catch my fall. Didn't start bothering me until spring...kept getting worse as year went on. 6-8 weeks of therapy, yuk! Pray for a quick recovery.
    Don't catch em all!

Be curious how it works out for you. I keep hoping for a miracle healing on mine.
Good luck with it and hope it works out for ya.

Pray they got it right this first time. Took three for me but I've been good since 2007. Beware of that gimmick ice machine. It's proven to do absolutely nothing to help the healing process. Google it. If it's been done right, you'll be okay in no time at all. Had my final one done by Demaeo from the Pittsburgh pirates medical staff.

Three weeks in therapy. Therapist says I am ahead of schedule. Said I have 90% movement/flexibility, but my shoulder and arm muscles are weak. Said another 4-6 weeks yet, yuk!! Pain levels from 2/10 to 4/10. Bearable.

That's pretty good for such a short time. My daughter just had hers operated on today, I hope it goes as well for her.
