    Will braid eat the ceramic eyes on b/m poles ?

    I have not noticed any wear on mine, wear most likely occurs while constantly casting and retrieving. I don't do a whole lot of that, I may need to check the guides closer

    I wore out some guides years ago but back then braid was much more abrasive than today plus the older ceramic guides were not the quality we have to. Spider rigging and single poling will never wear them out. Like Bouexdoc said it came mostly bass fishing with constant cast and retrieve with baits that put a lot of tension on the line.
