    Default Battery Quick connect

Any suggestions on a quick connect battery clamp/connector? In case I wanted to disconnect and hook to another spare battery in my boat?

Anderson connectors like they use on winches booster cables. Most rated for 50 amps. Not cheap but not bad either. You can make them up yourself with any size wire and length you need.

Like lugnutts said this is best option. Just figure out wire size and match plugs then hard wire to batteries then install plug on what ever your going to move. Just posting picture for reference. Granger has them.

Before I retired from being a mechanic the place I worked at had those installed on the service trucks to use to jump start vehicles. Some of those vehicles were large trucks and heavy equipment and they worked great.

Made this up couple years ago. One end installed on cranking battery and one end installed on one of my trolling batteries. Used for jump start. Only had to use once but it paid for itself real quick.
