I fished Baysprings Sunday. They had the new payment kiosk turned off due to covid 19.

Fish are carrier's of the virus as well. I got this message under the authority of the lady at the gas station. Told her not if we fry him at 325 in hot oil he ain't! Beware and be cautious, stay far from the idiots who abound us and good fishing...Lol.

I see no problems with fishing as long as contact is kept to a minimum and far apart. Remember to keep the suffering in your prayers tonight as well as the medical staff attending them, also take time out to appreciate each and every blessing we may have at the moment. Good luck out there, be safe ya'll!

It's not the fishing. It's buying gas at the station. Getting breakfast at McDonald's.minnows at the bait shop. Moon pie and RC at 7-11. Beer at liquor store. Wal-Mart for new line and pack of jigs. Lots of places to pick it up.

Crappie bite twice a day. 15 minutes before I get there and 10 minutes after I leave.

We buy gas at Costco, it's self serve pay at the pump they wash down the pump after each use and provide hand wipes from a 5 gallon bucket. I bring my own breakfast from home, and don't use minnows. Have more Moon Pies and RCs in my basement than any convenience store, and more jigs, tackle and line than Walmart. Have lifetime Sportsman license, so I'm pretty well set to go with no contact with anyone. I normally social distance anyway, so this is great for me. Just wish everyone would get off the lakes, off of the boat ramps and go back to work and school.just spoke. I just spoked to someone at a Corp Office and they said at this time all

Liquor store and Walmart are open as “essential” business. Neither have anything to do with fishing. I understand the need to be cautious, but building straw man arguments is not helpful. Personally, I can’t see the difference between walking the dog and fishing. As long as the guidelines are followed, both are safe outdoor activities.

Yep, let's promote fear as opposed to common sense. We are so lucky as to being under one rule for sure , you maybe classed in the disposable group if you frequent crappy McDonald's every morning.
