Is it just me or is all the Garmin and Lowrance units seem much more complicated and harder to understand what you are getting vs Humminbird units? Interred in possibly trying a new garmin but have so much different options and lingo from HB i don’t know where to start- i know i want at least 7 inch and i want side image

I know that HB has the best customer service...i wouldn't want a screen smaller than. 9 inch if I ever get another one.
I have spent most my life fishing........the rest I wasted.

For si I would definitely get the largest screen you can afford. I have a helix 10 and am considering the garmin 1222 for pa optics on the front.

I bought a Helix 7 and wish I would have done what these guys said about screen size, get at least a 10” screen.
