I was able to apply my pavilion refund (April 18 cancelled )to my Annual permit . Last year we lost out when our cabin deposit at crankfest ( boat failure ) was not usable at another state facility . Found out that even though the State parks and state lakes " DO NOT " use the same computer program They do share the "VOUCHER" on the state system . If they pull up your name at a facility different than the one you bought it at or Reservation America it will not show up under your name or address or phone . Only a voucher number will allow use . Today at Trace lake I was able to use the refund from last crankfest and the just cancelled camp to purchase my annual pass . I did lose 10.00 due to my cancelling even though I felt it was they that said we could have only 10 people i f we had kept it .Some was better than none and Trace lake found last summers 72.00 dollar credit . I always thought they were the same so passing along my findings . Thanks Josh @ Trace lake .

When I cancelled at Cossar at Enid yesterday...they emailed the voucher and voucher number to me...I printed out a copy of it.

You are correct . That is Why Trace could help, they like Cossar are a state park . Last winter I tried to use a voucher from a state park (Cossar ) and it did not show up at a state lake(Tippah ). I thought they were the same .Tippah and Elvis Presley could not find /confirm what my receipt said . They are on a different system but could have found it with the voucher number .I had always thought they would be on the same system . They are not, but can take vouchers from each other however it is a different place they look to find it . Thought it might help someone .This was what Josh @ tippah told me this morning . He was a great help as the cabin cancellation at Cossar and the pavilion cancellation were enough to get my annual permit . He told me that the state lakes most likely did a check by name ect , but should have found it under voucher numbers that will apply to all state facilities . Hope this clears things . I thought my cabin cancellation was just lost money .

I was just called by one of the managers at Cossar about my reservations. I had a cabin reserved from 4/14 thru 4/19, I was planning to come even with camp being canceled. Thats not going to happen now ! They did move my reservations to "Crankfest" . They did say that if I wanted a voucher it would be good for 16 months which I thought was generous. He did mention that if you were in dire financial straights due to Covid-19 discussions are going on about refunds also.
I hope everyone is doing well and the lord willin I'll see yall in August.

I had a cabin at Cossar April 5th-9h. They called today to say they were extending the ban until the 17th. They let me go ahead and apply it to the same week next year.
I got a call today as well. I guess it wasn't meant to be
