    Default Operators Manuel

Last week or so, I think either Cray or Rickie posted a link for a 9,10,& 12 Helix operator's manual. I tried to order it from Humminbird and got
a Helix series manuel with 291 pages in it. (#532509-4EN_B). It has a lot of filler in it. The one that one of them recommended was clear and to
the point. I down loaded the link in the thread but it consolidated the pages, I guess because the size of the download, and when I tried to scroll
it would jump all over the place. That's when I ordered it from Humminbird. Many thanks if one of you could post the link again so I can try to
order it. The number off or the front of the manual would be even better.

The HB manual link seems to be unavailable to my iPhone right now ...

Go to this link and click the HELIX manual link:

It seems to me the newer manuals are not as detailed as the older numbered series core unit manuals (I still research in my old 1197 manual for better detail on individual settings - even tho newer added feature settings of HELIX are not included in the 1197 manual) ...

I would be glad to send you the 1197 manual in a zip file if you will PM me your email address ...

Thanks Rickie but I want a hard copy of the Helix 9,10, & 12 operators manual. Someone , less than a week ago put a link on here for it. I down loaded it but when
I saved it, it was compressed and I could not scroll through it. I wish I had not deleted it, I could have gotten the product # off of the top right of the cover sheet.

Nice folks on CDC and nice folks at Humminbird. The manual is no longer in print. It is a gen 1 product. Almost everything in the manual is the same with
only a few changes. Since I had bought the Helix Series manual, they are going to copy and bind the old manual and send it to me at no charge. No one in
the industry does business like this any more. Any industry. They actually make you think they care and go to any length, within reason, to help you resolve
your problem. They are a breath of fresh air. Thanks again Rick and Cray.

Glad it all worked out for you. That’s above and beyond customer service.
