    Default Wal Mart funny

Several years ago I was going to cook fish for the women folks. They prefer tater tots so I high tail it to Wally world to get a bag. They were remodeling the store and the frozen good weren't where I usually found them. I learned a long time ago to ask the location of something rather than looking for it. Well I asked this young lady where they were and she said that she would find out. A few minutes later she came back and this is what she said. "I'm sorry sir, but we don't have any. They don't grow them this time of year." Thought I was gonna choke. Someone in the back played a joke on her. I didn't have the heart to tell her the difference. Said, thank you and left. Got my tots at a local grocery store. I think about that every time I cook fish.

And, it's not just Walmart. Go to a parts house and try to get the part you need. I driving through Batesville, MS and saw a sign in front of one of the chain stores
advertising Sea Foam for $7.95 a can. I went in and bought 12 cans. It rang $11.95 each. I told the clerk that it was on sale. Said he'd have to get the manager.
Manager comes and tells me it is not on sale. I told him about the sign out front. We walked out to the sign and he ask me who put that price up there. (?)
At the end of the ordeal they let me have it for 7.95. I'm thinking if the manager doesn't know what's going on, the employees surely don't.
    Tell'em I'll be there.

Walmart usually has SeaFoam for < $7 per 16oz can. My local auto parts stores range in price from $8-$12 per 16oz can.
