Opinions on an Evinrude HO Outboard
Can I please have some opinions on the Evinrude HO motor? I am looking at a boat that has a 2017 115 Evinrude HO and I know nothing about them. I have always had 4 stroke Yamaha and Mercury. I understand everyone has an opinion but I will tally those opinions to try to establish facts. Thank you very much for all the insight. Pic below.
