    The Dot. Gov website is back up. The Mississippi is out of it's banks at Memphis, the White River is above flood stage at Clarendon, AR. (Duck
    hunter's dream). The Big 4 are 10 to 14' above winter pool and will experience slow drawdown because of the rivers being high. It will be 8 days
    before the summer pool graft will start moving up. I wouldn't mind the rain to ease up a bit.

    You can keep the rain up there. It's putting construction people out of work. ALL of the construction jobs I do construction staking on are shut down. Anyone need some surveying work done?

    Same way up here don. Been watching a poor guy trying to pour a slab for over a month. About time it gets dry enough to do anything here comes the rain again.
