    The thin ones provide those 'tater chip fillets the cook samples

    You can also get those off of 14 inch fish and up from the rib cage. Will filet right off and be a little bigger than a silver dollar.

    Yep, we filet that "rib meat" from all our 12" and larger fish...best tasting part of the crappie.
