Default Nuwave air fried chicken wings

Marinated some chicken wings overnight in olive oil soy sauce garlic powder and meat tenderiser. Cooked on 360 for 24 minutes turning at 13 minutes, then finished for five minutes on 390 to Chrisp they taste very good and know all other than 2 tablespoons of olive oil to marinate

I was skeptical because i love a fried taste. The wings were juicy yet very crispy on the outside. Almost taste fried. But not an odd taste like somethings have. I Also fried some crappy using spray cooking oil (Pam) on the fish and then breading on top of that. They were good but not quite as good as fried. The blackened ones were very good. Blackened 6 good size filets with 2 tbsp of butter with paul prudohmmes redfish blackening seasoning. I’m very impressed with the machine. And it’s just one of the cheaper ones. 3qt and will hold plenty for 2 people. Gonna try fajitas next.
