Yeh, saying it'll be down to around 295 and it hasn't been that low since 2015 during a drought.

I don’t know Why it was put there other than marking stumps or hanging lines from, but that stuff will tear your boat up. It’s the only reason I hate going there in a nice boat. It will literally poke a hole through your hull and scratch them up bad when it’s windy and you get hung up on it.

I've fished Barnett for 12-15 years in my own boat and NEVER hit a piece of rebar that hurt my boat. Only time I ever messed my hull up, was at Grenada. I hit something just out from Redgrass in shallow water and gouged a hole in it. I idle, then take out of gear, put it back in gear, then back out on Barnett in a few places. That and stay in the channel when running. Just have to be careful

if im not mistaken pelahatichie bay is off limits now. folks with boat house have till nov. 5 to get boats out. apparently they got salvania in the lake. don't really see how lowering the lake will get rid of it. its dormant in winter anyhow.

If you pay attention to the rebar and your map you’ll see what exactly what the folks were marking back before map cards and gps.
