Man hate that happened. But your safe and like others posted. It can be replaced, but you would be hard to replace. Makes me think, my 99 F150 standard cab has only liability. But I only have around $2500.oo in the old truck. And they wanted $600. per year to add full coverage on it. Where Liability was only $125. per year.
Sorry for your bad luck.
Terribly sorry to hear of your loss, hope your insurer treats you right ,I'm hoping for the best for you....
Wow, glad you were not hurt. All material things have no meaning when it comes down to health!
WOW that's not good, glad you're ok.
Bad luck but at least you are OK.
Sorry you lost the truck, but glad you're OK Rusty.
The reason I asked about model and year is I've driven F-150s for most of my life (even had an F-100) and haven't known them to be prone to fires. I might suspect something got bumped or broken when your mechanic was doing the work under the hood. It will be hard to prove but your insurance company will be sure to ask.
I know you wanted to cut someone. Sure glad you're OK!
